FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: plate is selected on the basis of radiograph. Diameter of synthesised bone is determined. After that, main parameters of plate are calculated on the basis of bone diameter by formulae: 1. b = d/2; 2. 1 = 10×(d:2); 3. r = (0.89×d):2; 4. a = 0.01×d; 5. h = 0.1×d, where b is plate width, mm; l is plate length, mm; d is diameter of synthesised bone, mm; r is radius of plate bend, mm; a is indent (clearance) from bone on longitudinal plate centre, mm; h is plate thickness, mm. After that precise number of screws for plate fixation is selected, with parameters of screws for fixation of plates being selected by formula: n = Pd / [τ]×S; where: n is number of screws; Pd is acting on plate longitudinal force; [τ] is tau, permissible stress on cut; S is area of transverse screw section, with application of screws in accordance with fixation rules, with calculations of main parameters of bearing plates and determination of strength and number of screws and their fixing properties being carried out of each of possible diameters of tubular bones. In addition, plates and screws are made for blocked extramedullary osteosynthesis of tubular bones. For this purpose possible diameters of tubular bones are selected. Calculations of parameters of extramedullary plates and fastening elements are performed. Data are combined in table and number sets of respective plates and fixing screws are made. Blocked extramedullary osteosynthesis of tubular bones is performed by installation of plate, which has calculated parameters.

EFFECT: inventions make it possible to increase quality of operative treatment due to application of mathematical system for calculation of parameters of bearing plates depending on bone diameter.
