SUBSTANCE: device for detecting computer attacks in routes comprises counters (2, 5, 7, 9, 10, 14, 16, 18), decoding units (3, 4, 8, 11, 12, 15, 17, 19), comparator units (13, 28), a central control unit (30), a control unit (24), a display unit (25) and memory units (1, 6, 26, 29, 31). The first memory unit (1) is provided with an input message bus, and its data output is connected to the first data input of the first (3), third (8), fourth (11), fifth (12), sixth (15), seventh (17) and eighth (19) decoding units, the control outputs of which are connected to corresponding control inputs of the control unit, the control outputs of which are connected to the display unit and to the first memory unit. The control outputs of the counters are connected to the control inputs of the corresponding decoding units. The data outputs of the fourth (11) and fifth (12) decoding units are connected to the first comparator unit (13), the data output of which is connected to the third memory unit (26). The data input of the fifth memory unit (31) is connected to the data output of the second comparator unit (28). The control input of the central control unit of the transmitting device (30) is connected to the data output of the fifth memory unit (31). The control inputs of the third memory unit (26), fourth memory unit (29) and fifth memory unit (31) are combined and are the control input of the device.

EFFECT: high reliability of detecting computer attacks in routes of data telecommunications networks.
