FIELD: internet technologies, possible use for finding information and for operative identification in digital communication systems, in particular, "Internet" type data transfer network of TCP/IP communication protocols stack.

SUBSTANCE: device analyzes protocols, considers rules of setup and maintenance of communication session. Unambiguous decision is generated about usage of TCP protocol and about presence of more than once repeating requests of creation of large amount of logical communication channels by comparing the next data block to previous one in nine parameters. The above described technology ensures stable functioning of automated systems under conditions of unsanctioned effect (attacks). Device contains memory blocks (1,6), counters (2,5,7,9,10,14,16,18,22), decoding blocks (3,4,8,11,12,15,17,19,20,21,23), comparison block (13), control device (24), indication block (25).
