SUBSTANCE: invention proposes a differential measuring transmitter containing two generators of frequency signals with frequency setting elements, the first phase comparator, the first, the second and the third delay elements, the first and the second counters, a control unit, the second phase comparator, the first and the second adders of signals, the first and the second signal quantisers, a generator of reference frequency, a reversible counter and its control unit.
EFFECT: reduction of error and improvement of quick action of a differential measuring transmitter.
