FIELD: power supply systems. SUBSTANCE: circuit for control of reverse shift register provides galvanic decoupling with mains, determination of phase shift angle between current in loading and mains voltage, setting regulation parameters as angles measured in electric degrees, digital processing and transmission of information between units of circuit. Device has phase detector, galvanic decoupling element, two binary-decimal counters which are connected in series, two decoders which are connected to counters, two switches which connect specified outputs of decoders to inputs NAND gate, two counting flip-flops, two delay flip-flops, 2AND-OR gate, timer.
