METHOD OF TREATMENT OF BOTTOMHOLE FORMATION ZONE Russian patent published in 2015 - IPC E21B33/138 E21B43/27 E21B43/22

Abstract RU 2566344 C1

FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: under the method of treatment of bottomhole formation zone the order of injection of the reagent composition is the following: first fringe of aluminium-containing liquid, dissolved in water at volumes ratio 1:4; fresh water; solution of hydrolyzed in alkali wastes of fibres or fabrics of polyacrylonitrile; fresh water; second fringe of aluminium-containing liquid; hydrochloric acid or of aluminium-containing liquid dissolved in water at the volumes ratio 1:4 or 1:5, or 1:6. As the aluminium-containing liquid the solution of aluminium chloride is used, this is waste of the catalyst production during production of alkyl benzene or waste of kumyl production, additionally containing polyglycols, carbamide, surface-active substance AF9-12 and universal acid inhibitor IKU-1. As the hydrolyzed in alkali wastes of fibres or fabrics of polyacrylonitrile the water-polymer composition ism used, it additionally contains non-ionic surface-active substance, for example, AF9-12, having low pour point from minus 25°C to minus 35°C and creating large number of bridging material in the cracking-pore space of the reservoir. After the first fringe of aluminium-containing liquid injection the break is made, and well is stayed for 48-72 hours for gel formation.

EFFECT: complete levelling of the inflow profile in the production wells, and injectivity profile in the injection wells, water inflow isolation, intensification of oil and gas production, possibility of use regardless of the year season.
