FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to space engineering and can be used in carrier rockets. Carrier rocket, ranging from nano-carrier to super heavy one, comprises two stages with power plant compartment and expandable stage with propellant tank. It comprises accelerating stages, shuttle module with central body, aircraft launching power plant, power plant control system. Atmospheric traction or turbojet engines with extra power supply is intended for fast starting and composed of thermoelectric pile with starter for subsonic flight. It includes airfoils composed of tail unit, with flat wings and stabilizers with two flaps. There are means for lengthwise stabilization for subsonic flight, landing gear and blunted nose. Shuttle module is separated from expandable stage in direction perpendicular to flight path plane. Shuttle module is triggered to free fall. Two flaps on wing top and bottom surfaces are opened are retained in this position unless required speed is reached. Position of stabilizers is varied to correct flight stage. Said two flaps are closed to make a single flap. Said two flaps are set for creation of deflecting moment. Traction engines are started for mid flight to starting point. Automatic lead-out and braking are performed for landing.

EFFECT: insertion of payload by whatever rocker carrier.
