SUBSTANCE: method envisages recipe components preparation, bulb onions cutting and sauteing in melted butter, laminaria cutting and blanching, fresh ornamental cabbages cutting and freezing, rice cooking till double weight increase, meat cutting and chopping, greens cutting, the listed components mixing with chicken eggs, part of salt and part of black hot pepper to produce mince, the mince moulding to produce cabbage rolls; wheat flour sauteing in melted butter, mixing with sour cream, bone broth, tomato paste, the remaining salt, the remaining black hot pepper and laurel leaf to produce a sauce. Then the cabbage rolls and the sauce are packed and delivered for sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: invention allows to produce new preserves with usage of non-traditional vegetal raw materials without the target product organoleptic properties modification.
