SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electric power distribution systems. The method for the installation of an electric power distribution system at a plant includes the following actions: supplying an electric power distribution unit that includes at least one electric power distribution unit mountable in the rack, at that the electric power distribution unit includes an electrical connection having an electric busbar configured for direct connection to the vertical section of the electric busbar; laying the electric busbar from the end at the output of the uninterrupted power supply unit (UPS) to the electrical connection in the electric power distribution unit and direct connection of the electrical busbar to the UPS output by means of the busbar contact-busbar contact connection between the UPS output and the end of the electric busbar.
EFFECT: simplified system.
