SUBSTANCE: system includes electric power distribution unit mountable in the rack, it includes a case having the first end and the second end. The case also includes an outer wall defining cavity inside the case and fixing elements configured to ensure fixture of electric equipment inside the rack. Outer wall of the case includes an opening passing linearly between the first end and the second end of the case, and multitude of electric conductors placed inside the cavity and oriented between the first end and the second end. The system also includes a branching module that consists of multitude of contacts outgoing from it, at that each contact in the multitude is configured for its entry into the opening with further interfacing with one of multiple electric conductors inside the cavity respectively.
EFFECT: development of electric power distribution system with potential scaling, wherein branching modules may be installed in safe way without disconnection from other electrical circuits.
