FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of agriculture, in particular to methods and devices for soil treatment. The method comprises loosening the soil with cutting of discontinuous furrows along the movement, with jumpers along their length. Loosening is performed with alternating bands with maintenance of plant residues on the field surface and bands with plant residues embedded in the soil. The depth of discontinuous furrows is made of no less than 10 cm. On the sides of the jumpers the wells are formed. The length of the furrow portion bounded with the jumpers is greater than the jumper length at least three times. The width of the subsurface loosened band is 0.25÷0.8 m and is greater than the width of the furrow. The total band width with embedded plant residues and placed on it discontinuous furrow and wells does not exceed 0.4 m. The harrow comprises rows of disc working bodies. The discs of the following row are placed in the row-spacing of the previous row discs. The disc working bodies are designed as double disc sections, the vertical axis of rotation of the section and the shaft axis with discs lie in one plane. The double disc sections are provided with needle and spherical discs. The spherical discs of the rear row of sections are made with a cutout in the sector of 50÷90° to the depth of 0.4÷0.6 the radius R of the disc, the rear row sections in width of the harrow are biased towards the sphere concavity of the discs of the previous row by the value not exceeding the width of the spherical disc with a cutout facing with the concavity to the spherical disc of the previous row adjacent along the movement.

EFFECT: such technology and constructive implementation enable to prevent soil erosion by reducing runoff, and to ensure the accumulation of moisture in the soil layer.
