FIELD: heating.
SUBSTANCE: unlike the prototype the distributive chamber of the offered heat exchanger is implemented as rigidly attached to the tube grid by means of one-piece connection, for example by the continuous circular welding joint providing its full tightness. The tube grid is fitted with own flange for its direct connection to the flange of the housing of interpipe space with formation of flange demountable connection. The heat exchanger is fitted with the additional support attached by its upper part to the tube grid by means of threaded stud connection. The additional support is installed by its lower part on the base with a possibility of movement along the central axis of the heat exchanger for compensation of thermal expansion of the housing.
EFFECT: decrease of bending stresses in the device and providing balance of weight of the device with reference to the centre of masses, improvement of reliability and safety of operation, increase of time of maintenance free operation.
