FIELD: heat exchange.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for heat exchange processes between two media through a wall, in particular to a heat exchanger for heat exchange between two separate media, in chemical, oil and gas, food industries. Heat exchanger with space-spiral coils for hydrogenation plants for secondary oil processing has a vertical cylindrical steel housing, upper and lower bottoms with inlet and outlet unions of processing components, with heat exchange module from a bunch of parallel space-spiral coils of small radius of bending with the same diameter and angle of winding, which are welded into tube plates and forming two counter-flow heat exchange circuits. During operation, the high-pressure processing component in the form of a gas-liquid mixture of liquid raw material and regeneration gas enters the lower bottom of the heat exchanger through a nozzle ejector. Heat exchanger housing and bottoms are thermally insulated.
EFFECT: wider range of heat exchanger performance when used in technological processes with possibility of using various media and processing components, with variation of parameters and thermophysical properties of media components in a wide range.
