FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering. The device (10) comprises turbine (22, 34) having blade wheel (22), and electric generator (12, 24) having stator (12) with windings distributed along cylindrical surface (X) coaxial to the blade wheel (22), permanent magnet (24) is designed for rotation in regard to stator (12) and connected to the blade wheel (22) with potential transfer of actuating force for rotation. The blade wheel (22) is mounted inside the permanent magnet (24). The assembly formed by the blade wheel (22) and permanent magnet (24) is placed inside the stator (12). The permanent magnet (24) is made as a common hollow cylindrical body of material with high magnetic flux density and diametrically opposed magnetization intensity.
EFFECT: decreased dimensions and number of components and increased speed of rotation.
