FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electric engineering, in particular, to submersible DC motors, and relates to features of structural design of a switching system within a system of a DC motor operating in an environment of a well bottomhole. The proposed switching system is designed for a DC motor, comprising a stator, including multiple windings and a layout of a permanent rotor magnet, besides, the electric motor layout comprises the following: a body, at least three segments of a collector, connected with stator windings inside a body; a rotor layout in the body, comprising brushes for connection with collector segments, besides, brushes protrude from the rotor in parallel to the axis of the electric motor, at the same time brushes are fixed to the rotor for coaxial rotation with each other and contact with surfaces of collector segments. Besides, the switching system comprises a proper mechanism for heat transfer from a sliding surface of brushes to an external wall. To limit resonance, damping is provided in the switching system. Air filtering may also be provided to ensure purity during operation.
EFFECT: expansion of functional characteristics of a switching system.
