FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: milking machine comprises a unit of milk de-aeration and a membrane milk pump made with the ability to pump milk from the de-aeration unit. The milk pump comprises a tubular housing, a flexible tubular element which is inserted into the housing and is hermetically sealed relative to the housing. The flexible tubular element comprises the first and second open ends. The milk pump comprises an element of fluid inlet and an element of fluid release, which are attached to the open ends of the tubular element. The element of inlet and the element of release form a unilateral motion path through the tubular element. The housing comprises a connection port made with the ability to be connected to the source of variable pressure, which alternately changes the pressure in the space between the housing and the tubular element. The flexible tubular element, the element of inlet for the fluid and the element to release the fluid form a single assembly which can be inserted removably into the said housing.
EFFECT: reduced fat splitting of milk.
