SUBSTANCE: fluid medium foaming assembly having an air channel with a controlled air valve and having a fluid passage with an air supply nozzle outlet point, to which an air duct, a pump, a jet, a heater and a valve assembly, having a first state, at which fluid flows through the channel to the fluid medium channel fluid outlet branch pipe, and a second state, wherein fluid is diverted from fluid channel to second fluid outlet branch pipe. Water feed channel is connected to the fluid channel. Assembly also includes a cleaning tank and a return channel connected to the second outlet of fluid medium of the valve unit and going into the cleaning tank. Electronic controller unit is configured to control at least a pump, a heater and a valve unit and control the unit in preparation mode and cleaning mode.
EFFECT: assembly and method for fluid medium foaming are disclosed.
