SUBSTANCE: computed or magnetic-resonance tomography of prostate and urinary bladder is carried out. Examination is carried out in sagittal projection, made at the level of urethra. In case if urinary bladder diverticulum, extending from urinary bladder neck directly downwards, dorsally and caudally, "sawtooth" symptom in the area of urinary bladder neck and diverticulum bottom, accumulation of "medallion"-shaped concrements in urinary bladder are detected, hyperactive urinary bladder is diagnosed.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to carry out diagnostics with high accuracy and in simple way due to application of computed or magnetic resonance tomography and detection of complex of significant objective data.
