FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, neurology, neurourology, medical rehabilitation, physiotherapy. For medical rehabilitation of middle-aged patients in the early and late recovery and residual periods of ischemic stroke (IS) accompanying urination disturbance, a drug and physiotherapeutic complex is performed. Thus, accompanied by nootropic and vascular post-stroke drug therapy, rhythmic transcranial magnetic stimulation is performed combined with physical exercises, massage and dry carbonic baths.
EFFECT: method prolongs the period of preserving positive effects achieved in rehabilitation, both from CNS, injured by IS, and urinary tract – not less than six months, with simultaneous shortening of therapeutic action and their number in the complex.
