FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: claimed device comprises the mediator for interaction with string and mediator holder. First guide is arranged, in fact, perpendicular to the plane of said instrument strings to allow displacing of said mediator holder. Solenoid is arranged at said first guide and coupled by its plunger with said mediator holder for its displacement from said string at working current to solenoid winding. Carriage is fixed at the back of said first guide, in fact, perpendicular thereto. Platform is fixed in the plane, in fact parallel, with said plane of instrument strings. Second guide is secured at said platform to displace said carriage towards said string of therefrom. Step motor is secured at said platform and connected with said carriage via gearing engaged with step motor shaft.
EFFECT: ruled out jar and muting.
