FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a heating device (1), comprising a metal base (2), at least a section of which is equipped with a self-cleaning coating, comprising at least one catalyst of oxidation selected from oxides of metals of platinum group, and at least one additive to the specified catalyst of oxidation, selected from oxides of rare-earth metals. In accordance with the invention the self-cleaning coating represents a double-layer coating, comprising: an inner layer (3), at least partially covering the metal base (2) and comprising the specified additive, and an outer layer (4), which is in contact with ambient air and comprises a catalyst of oxidation. The invention also relates to the method of manufacturing of such heating device.
