FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: according to the method each winding is measured before impregnation and after impregnation for the electric parameters which comprise the resistance of two phases of wye connected winding. The initial temperature of each controlled non-impregnated winding Tid and initial resistances of each of two phases of the winding Rb12, Rb13, Rb23 are measured. Then the named two phases of the winding are supplied alternately by the stabilized current I0, the value of which is selected depending on the cross-section area S of wire strand of winding, in the range of jminS≤I0≤jmaxS values where jmin and jmax - the interval of current density values, allowable for winding wire material. The named current I0 is passed through the winding within the certain time t0, selected from the condition 0.01 τ≤t0≤0.013τ, where τ - is the constant of time of winding warming up, τ = Cbi.calc.×Rtr, Cbi.calc. - calculated equivalent thermal capacity of two winding phases, Rtr. - thermal resistance of the winding. At the moment t0 the resistance of the named two winding phases Rhb12, Rhb12, Rhb23 is measured again. Then the winding is impregnated and dried. Then again the temperature of the impregnated winding Tni and the resistance of each two winding phases Ra12, Ra13, Ra23 are measured. Then again alternately the stabilized current I0 is supplied to each of two winding phases and after t0 time the resistance of the named two winding phases Rha12, Rha13, Rha23 is measured again, by results of measurements the coefficients of impregnation Ki1, Ki2, Ki3 of each winding phase are determined.

EFFECT: increase of informational content of quality control.
