METHOD FOR OBTAINING REAGENT FOR DRILLING Russian patent published in 2015 - IPC C09K8/35 

FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: in a method for obtaining a reagent for drilling there mixed is a starch-containing component with sapropel and with NaOH and/or KOH alkali in the ratio of 10:(0.2-1):1 in terms of a dry substance with further single or multiple extrusion treatment of the mixture at 100-200°C, screw rotation frequency of 50-100 rpm, draw die diameter of 1-6 mm with further crushing and sieving, or a reagent is obtained as a result of mixing of extrudates of sapropel and the starch-containing component, which are produced under the above said different extrusion process conditions, near each other or with dextrins (amylodextrin and/or erythrodextrin, and/or achrodextrin, and/or maltodextrin); with that, humidity of the final reagent shall not exceed 30%, and pH of 10% water solution of the reagent shall not exceed 12 units.

EFFECT: high consumer characteristics of a drilling reagent; high-effective and economic method for obtaining the drilling reagent.
