FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the industrial system for purposive separation of C4-hydrocarbon fractions comprising process unit for butadiene production, it contains extractive rectification column, its input is connected with channel of input hydrocarbon mixture supply and with channel of extractant supply, and output is connected in series with desorption column and column for hydrocarbon fractions washing off the extractant. The system is characterised in that contains also process unit for MTBE production, and process unit for oligomerizate production, channel for extractant supply is methanol supply channel, at that the process unit for MTBE production includes connected in series reaction rectification device, column for C4-hydrocarbon fraction water washing off the methanol, and methanol regeneration column, the process unit for oligomerizate production includes the reactor for oligomerizate synthesis, its input is connected with the furnace for the butane fraction heating, and output is connected with the connected in series rectification column for oligomerizate separation, and column for isobutane fraction separation from butane, the top part of extractive rectification column is connected by the channel of reaction mass supply with the input of the reaction rectification device, the bottom part of the column for butadiene water washing off the methanol is connected by methanol water channel with the methanol regeneration column, the top part of the methanol regeneration column is connected with tank of the methanol supply channel by the recycle methanol return channel, and top part of the column for C4-hydrocarbon fraction washing off the methanol is connected with the furnace for the butane fraction heating.
EFFECT: present invention ensures simultaneous production of three end products.
