FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention suggests smart gas and gas condensate well consisting of tubing string and subsurface equipment placed at the tubing string made of separate functional modules such as bottomhole module, module connecting tubular cavity with annular below-packer zone, module dividing annular space, protective module, compensatory module, module arranging fluid motion in annular and tubular space in above-packer zone, wellhead module, each of them comprising the respective functional equipment such as funnel, below-packer circulating valve, packer, gas lift mandrel, heat buffer, above-packer circulating valve, wellhead retrieving whipstock, and containing auxiliary equipment. At that subsurface equipment comprises additionally functional module such as measuring module mounted between module arranging fluid motion in annular and tubular space in above-packer zone and wellhead module. At that among functional equipment measuring module comprises optical temperature and pressure sensor mounted in the holder and complete with submersible fibre-optic cable fixed by binding bands at the tubing string and its sleeves made with protectors. The fibre-optic cable is connected by means of cable seal made with sealing element and placed at the point of X-mas tree passage to the wellhead fibre-optic cable, which may interact with optoelectronic unit, which, in its turn, may interact with automatic operator's position through wireless communication. At that the submersible fibre-optic cable is placed inside hermetic tube of stainless steel, which is protected by braid, while the optoelectronic unit is installed into protection housing equipped with heating and conditioning systems and self-sustained power supply units.

EFFECT: improved performance, operational reliability due to permanent temperature and pressure monitoring inside the well.
