FIELD: power industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the tower of wind-power plant containing multiple tower segments, each of them has top and bottom horizontal flanges, and side surface. At least one of multiple tower segments contains at least first and second halves, each of them contains first and second longitudinal flanges. Each first and second longitudinal flanges contain first, second, third and forth sides, at that first and second sides are opposite to each other, at that third and forth sides are opposite to each other. First side of first and second longitudinal flanges abuts to the first side of second and first longitudinal flanges, respectively, at that first and second longitudinal flanges of first half at least partially are secured directly with first and second longitudinal flanges of second half by means of their appropriate first sides. Second sides of longitudinal flanges are welded each to side surface, at that third sides of first and second longitudinal flanges are visible outside the tower of the wind-power plant. Besides method of tower manufacturing is described.
