SUBSTANCE: method includes controlling network connection switching using a dynamic switching table; determining the maximum possible data rate at a given error coefficient on all links by selecting a first link, generating a test sequence, establishing the maximum possible data rate for said link; transmitting the test sequence; receiving the test sequence; counting the number of erroneously received symbols; calculating an error coefficient; if the error coefficient is greater than the required value, reducing the data rate by a given value and repeating procedures given above to determine the error coefficient; if the coefficient is less than or equal to the required value, storing the values of the maximum possible data rate and the error coefficient in a matrix; generating a route based on given requirements for the probability of a security event and the data rate by making changes in the connectivity matrix taking into account said probability of a security event.
