FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to sports medicine and pharmacology, and concerns increasing general physical performance of athletes involved in complex coordination sports. That is ensured by drinking the nutritional supplement Epsorin daily two times a day. The following schedule is followed: during general physical training - for two weeks 30-40 minutes before the beginning of a training session, a single dose of 10-15 drops added to a glass of water; in the period of special physical training for athletes involved in speed and power sports - for 10 days 30-40 minutes before the beginning of a training session, a single dose of 5-7 drops added to a glass of water; during a transient period - for 3-5 days 30-40 minutes before the beginning of a training session, a single dose up to 5 drops added to a glass of water. On the day of a sport event, Epsorin is not taken.

EFFECT: method provides higher performance of athletes by activating body metabolism and antioxidant systems.
