SUBSTANCE: device for generation of high-frequency signals consists of a constant voltage source, an active bipole non-linear element with negative differential resistance, a four-pole circuit and a load; with that, the four-pole circuit is complex and made in the form of an L-connection of two bipoles with complex resistances; the second bipole of the L-connection is made of the following components that are in-series connected: the first resistive bipole with resistance R1, coil with inductance L, and the following components that are parallel connected: the second resistive bipole with resistance R2 and a capacitor with capacitance C; an additional bipole is connected to the input of the complex four-pole circuit; the bipole non-linear element is connected between the output of the complex four-pole circuit and the load to a longitudinal circuit; values of parameters of the second bipole of the L-connection are determined according to the specified mathematical expressions.

EFFECT: generation of high-frequency signals at the specified number of frequencies.
