FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: claimed press comprises the frame consisting of cylindrical crossbar (2) and front crossbar (4) connected therewith and provided with biller intake moving holder (7), billet intake carrier (8) and moving ram crossbar (6). Cylindrical crossbar (2) incorporates the main press cylinder accommodating press piston (11) in its body (9). Front end of said piston supported by ram crossbar (6) is equipped with press-ram (18). Body (9) of the cylinder connected to priming pipe is communicated surge tank (15) to feed hydraulic oil by slide valve disc (22) arranged at leverage secured at rear end of press piston (11). Said leverage (23) extending in surge tank (15) is connected to the source of hydraulic oil downstream of slide valve disc (22) in direction (14) of pressing. Said leverage is provided with filling valve (19) built in transition between surge tank (15) to the main cylinder to fit in ID of cylinder body (9) to allow opening of flow cross-section of toroidal surface.
EFFECT: compact design, decreased hydraulic losses.
