FIELD: measurement equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods for determination of earth surface deformations in absence of mutual visibility between observed stations. Substance: soil reference points are set on the investigated area along an observation line, having previously calculated its length. At the same time a part of the observation line is arranged on an earth surface area that is not damaged by underground operations, and some - on the area, where the shifting process is already finished. Inclinations and horizontal movements of reference points are measured by local methods. According to measurement results they build curves of inclinations and curves of horizontal movements of reference points. By integration of inclination curves they determine earth surface depressions, and by differentiation - curvature of a shift trough. By differentiation of curves of horizontal movements they determine horizontal deformations of Earth crust.
EFFECT: possibility to determine deformations of earth surface with absence of mutual visibility between observed stations.
