METHOD FOR AUTOMATED SURFACE DIAGNOSTICS OF TECHNICAL CONDITION OF UNDERGROUND MINING WORKINGS Russian patent published in 2023 - IPC E21C39/00 G01C7/06 G01B11/16

Abstract RU 2810350 C1

FIELD: mining.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in the mining industry for surface diagnostics of the technical condition of underground mine workings. A method for automated surface diagnostics of the technical condition of underground mine workings includes repeated laser scanning, construction of three-dimensional point models based on scanning results, and obtaining rock subsidence from the constructed three-dimensional point models. The underground mine opening is divided into sections under study, which are located at a distance of 2 to 4 m from each other. At the beginning of an underground mine, a device with a laser scanning system is installed on the railway tracks, which is fixed in a biaxial gimbal and installed on a measuring stand, which is mounted on a moving platform. The laser scanning system surveys the reference points of the section under study, in which increased compressive or tensile stresses are observed, starting from reference point 0°, then reference point 45°, reference point 90°, reference point 135°, reference point 180°. After scanning is completed at a given section, the device is moved to the next section under study, where the scanning process is repeated, depending on the intensity of rock subsidence. The obtained data from the laser scanning system is transferred to a portable data storage unit, on the basis of which three-dimensional point models of the sections under study are built, then they are compared and the most dangerous sections of the mine working are identified. Dangerous areas are inspected by specialists who classify the condition of the mine into categories.

EFFECT: increased accuracy of determining rock displacements in underground curved mine workings.
