COMBINED HYDROACOUSTIC RECEIVER Russian patent published in 2015 - IPC H04R1/44

Abstract RU 2569201 C1

FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: hydroacoustic receiver comprises a spherical housing with elastic suspension elements, piezoelectric elements and a load which is in contact with the housing through the piezoelectric elements, mounted at equal distances from the centre of the housing on three mutually orthogonal axes with two piezoelectric elements per channel. The device also includes detectors of three components of oscillatory speed and sound pressure, an adder, three subtractors and six preamplifiers, three of which have controlled gain. All piezoelectric elements have the same polarity; each channel includes a preamplifier and a preamplifier with controlled gain; positive electrodes of each pair of piezoelectric elements are connected through the amplifiers to inputs of the corresponding subtractor and are connected to inputs of the adder, and negative electrodes are grounded. Outputs of the subtractors are connected to input of the detectors of the corresponding components of oscillatory speed, and the output of the adder is connected to the sound pressure detector.

EFFECT: simple design.
