FIELD: testing equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to testing equipment and may be used for simulation of rocket launch from a submarine. The system of simulation of conditions of underwater rocket launch from a launcher in surface conditions comprises a launching pipe on surface load-bearing supports with a rocket mock-up with an obturator band, motion, speed and acceleration sensors, control equipment, a gas generator, a transition compartment, rolling contact bearings for motion of rocket mock-up along guides along the axis of the launching pipe, two power cylinders of a pneumatic piston system with pistons, stems and length of more than launching pipe length, a header with inlet and outlet pipelines with variable area of cross section by a throttle, a high pressure cylinder, devices for measurement of pressure and temperature of gas, a system for measurement of throttle opening area. Forces are created at a rocket mock-up depending on total area of cross section of pneumatic cylinders, the area of cross section of the inner cavity of the launcher, submersion depth, simulating hydrostatic pressure of water at launch depth, and forces of longitudinal resistance and friction, the gas generator is started, pressure is developed on the bottom of rocket mock-up and the obturator band, current movement values are measured, as well as speed and acceleration of rocket mock-up, pressure and temperature of gas in working cavities of pneumatic cylinders, the area of the throttle opening, they determine the value of required gas pressure in working cavities of pneumatic cylinders depending on total area of pistons in working cavities of pneumatic cylinders, the area of cross section of the launcher inner cavity, the rated value of coefficient of the longitudinal hydrodynamic resistance of the rocket depending on measured motion, connected mass of the rocket, friction forces of supports and obturator of rocket mock-up in contact with inner walls of the launcher, the value of measured pressure is compared with the required one, the throttle opening are value is changed to reduce pressure to the required value, the rocket mock-up is ejected from the launching pipe.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase accuracy of simulation of gas dynamic processes of rocket launch from a submarine.
