FIELD: weapons and ammunition.
SUBSTANCE: on a rocket model placed in a launching tube on ground supports, with the solid propellant rocket engine trust hydraulic pressure of water is simulated at the launching depth, as well as force of longitudinal resistance, rocket weight and force of friction as the rocket moves in the launching tube. The solid propellant rocket engine thrust is directed against the model motion, and its value is determined according to mathematical relation. After the solid propellant rocket engine reaches the mode of constant thrust, a gas generator of a full-size rocket is started, the determined part of combustion products of which is used to discharge the model from the launching tube.
EFFECT: increased safety of tests.
