SUBSTANCE: claimed process comprises production of goethite dephosphorised concentrate by thermal processing of iron-bearing material and removal therefrom of phosphorus-bearing material. Note here that a pulsed skin-heating of oolites to over 350°C is performed. Note also that oolite hydrogeothite shell is subjected to dehydrating blast to produce the goethite dephosphorised concentrate of iron ore with iron content of 70%.
EFFECT: production of goethite dephosphorised concentrate of iron ores at lower stock input.
