SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mining, relating to extraction of solid mineral by underground leaching. Application of the invention is promising in development of deep-lying water-flooded iron-ore deposit covered with peat bogs under conditions of undeveloped transport and energy infrastructure and continental climate. Method for environmental development of iron-ore deposit includes drilling of production section by production wells along a network formed by parallel rows of wells drilled crosswise direction of water-flooding bed of mineral of pressure flow, preparation of wells for production of mineral resources by connection to the wellhead at daily surface of reservoir equipped with shutoff and control valves, pumping of leaching agent into mineral deposit, dissolution of useful components of ores with formation of productive solution, delivery of obtained productive solution to day surface, for supply of liquid leaching agent to strata of mineral and production of productive solution to day surface there is used regular daily action of tidal wave of earth surface above deposit by means of inclusion of dispensing valve in period of earth tide and activation of pumping valve in period of earth outflow. Prior to development of the deposit, the geotechnical model of the deposit operation, which is corrected during the deposit operation, is created on the basis of available information on natural resources of the deposit, on the basis of which design of each production cell of the network and mode of its operation are determined. Production cell of network is formed by one production well, made universal and containing vertical bore of large diameter, drilled to bottom of productive formation with equipment of support shoe from hardening material, having above the roof of productive formation conductor, by which productive formation in lateral stretch is drilled with horizontal shafts of small diameter for simultaneous injection of leaching agent and output of productive solution. Reservoir near the day surface is covered with a peat freezing layer and is made of two reservoirs – bottom and top. Lower reservoir is intended for collection, storage and pumping into productive stratum of leaching agent, in form of swamp water from peat deposit overlapping deposit. Upper tank is intended for collection of productive solution and extraction of useful ore components from it. Both tanks are equipped with self-contained instrumentation and control devices allowing remote monitoring and control of operation by production cells of the network of universal production wells.
EFFECT: assurance of integrated use of the deposit and improved environmental friendliness of production due to minimization of harmful effect on environment.
