FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: method includes supply to the area of powder sintering of at least one heating laser beam, and the heating laser beam is defocused or focused more widely, than the main sintering laser beam, while providing decrease of temperature gradient between the zone of powder sintering and the powder surrounding it. The main sintering beam and the heating beam are formed using the optical-acoustic deflector. The main sintering beam is formed in the form of sintering laser beams rowed closely to each other, perpendicular to the sintering direction, the power of radiation of one of which, located closely to the transition powder - sintered material, exceeds the power of radiation of other of the laser sintering beams from the condition of compensation of the temperature gradient between the sintering zone and the sintered detail material.
EFFECT: decrease of buckling of sintered detail, uniformity of its structure.
