SUBSTANCE: method for production of black ginseng with increased content of Rh2 ginsenoside includes the following stages: (a) ginseng is washed and dried in a dark place during a preset period of time; (b) dried ginseng is repeatedly steamed at a specified temperature and dried at a preset temperature and during a preset period of time; the temperature and time of steaming and drying cycles are modified.

EFFECT: invention allows to supposedly increase the content of Rh2 ginsenoside in comparison with conventionally usual content due to black ginseng obtainment by way of repeated stages with various parameters.
