FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: sand concrete includes portland cement, quartz sand with fineness modulus of 2.7-3.2, filler, hyperplasticiser "Melflux 2651 F", water, filler is sludge of chemical water treatment (CWTS), a water-retaining additive is introduced in the form of microsilica, at the folowing ratio of components, wt %: portland cement 16.7-18.4, quartz sand 68.4-70.0, CWTS 1.2-2.5, microsilica 0.8-2.8, hyperplasticiser "Melflux 2651 F" 0.08-0.09, water 8.91-10.11, at the same time specific surface of CWTS makes from 1200 to 1300 m2/kg.
EFFECT: recycling of multi-tonnage wastes, increased mobility of concrete mix to indices of self-compacting concrete mixes not requiring vibratory compaction, increased compression strength limit, reduced air entrainment of concrete mix.
