FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to compositions of fine-grained cast and self-compacting concrete mixtures for the production of high-strength sandy concretes and can be used for the manufacture of both monolithic and prefabricated products and structures used in construction, where the technology requires increased mixture fluidity at the application stage, high early and design strength of the concrete. Fine grained concrete mixture, including cement, aggregate, water and additive, further contains a micro-calcite with a calcium carbonate CaCO3 content of not less than 97 %, as a cement contains Portland cement without additives with an activity of 33–41 MPa and with a cement paste normal density index of no more than 26 %, as an additive contains a superplasticizer based on polycarboxylate ether, and quartz sand as a filler with a fineness modulus of at least 1.4 with the following ratio of components, wt%: Portland cement without additives with an activity of 33–41 MPa and with the cement paste normal density indicator of not more than 26 % 23.7–31.1, quartz sand with a fineness modulus of not less than 1.4 35.6–45.1, micro-calcite with calcium carbonate CaCO3 content of not less than 97 % 13.0–27.3, polycarboxylate ether based superplasticizer 0.24–0.29, water – balance.
EFFECT: disposal of large-tonnage wastes; decrease in Portland cement consumption and increase in flexural strength in early (1 day) and design (28 days) age, at compression is at the design age to the level of high-strength sandy concretes (class B60 and higher); increasing of the fine-grained concrete mixtures mobility to the indicator of self-compacting concrete mixes, which do not require vibration compaction; expansion of the fine-grained high strength concretes nomenclature from self-compacting mixtures with the possibility of using of lower grades Portland cements (no higher than M400), quartz sands with a fineness modulus of not more than 1,6.
