FIELD: measurement equipment.
SUBSTANCE: device comprises a body, a comparator, a key, a DC source, a mechanical moment setter, including a frame with a winding, an in-frame permanent magnet fixed on the body, a frame position sensor made in the form of two pairs of radiators and photodetectors fixed on the body and separated by a gate, at the same time outlets of photodetectors are connected to the first and second inlets of the comparator, the first outlet of which is connected to the second inlet of the key, the first inlet of which is connected to the DC source, and outlets are connected to the frame with the winding. The device additionally includes a flat coil, two salient-pole permanent magnets, three torsions, besides, on the first torsion there is a frame with a winding and a gate, and on the second one there is the first salient-pole permanent magnet, a sensitive element made in the form of plates, a balancing weight, a magnetically permeable partition, a flat coil.
EFFECT: increased accuracy of measurement of linear flow speed, expanded range of measurement of small speeds and simplified design due to the fact that the frame with the winding makes self-induced vibrations around the axis of sensitivity under action of a sign-alternating DC signal generated in a feedback circuit, availability of inlet impact results in displacement of a centre of vibrations and occurrence of temporary signal modulation.
