FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aqueous liquid dyeing composition, which contains not more than 50 g/l of volatile organic compounds and is suitable for dyeing architectural water-based coatings or coatings based on organic solvents and basic dyes. Composition contains, counted per the total composition weight i) from 2 to 22% of non-volatile organic liquid with vapour pressure not higher than 1.3 n/m2 at 25°C, ii) from 2 to 13% of stabilising substance, iii) from 4 to 77% of colour pigment, iv) from 0 to 8% of clay with modified rheological properties, v) from 0 to 20% of filling agent. Ratio the total weight iii)+iv)+v):the total weight i)+ii) constitutes from 0.8 to 2.75:1, and the total weight of non-volatile organic liquid i) and stabilising substance ii) constitutes not more than 28%, and the total weight of clay with modified rheological properties iv) and filling agent v) constitutes, at least, 2%, when quantity of colour pigment constitutes less than 51%. Composition for architectural coatings, containing or consisting of dyeing composition and basic dye, colouration scheme and method for manufacturing architectural coating under conditions of trade enterprise are also described.

EFFECT: obtaining dyeing compositions, which do not clog nozzles in the process of applying composition, which after drying forms stable coating, with dyeing composition being in fact free of VOC.
