SUBSTANCE: invention relates to environmental paints of oxidative drying for offset printing methods with moistening. Described is set for offset printing with wetting protective feature on substrate, containing a) oxidative drying paint, which includes oxidative drying varnish and one or more neutral complexes of manganese compounds of formula (I) specified in formula, and b) a moistening solution containing one or more manganese (II) salts of C₁-C₃ carboxylic acid and having pH from 4 to 6. Described also is a method of printing a security feature by offset printing with moistening using an oxidative drying paint and a dampening solution from said set.

EFFECT: invention provides environmentally safe offset printing with moistening with reduced drying time.
