SUBSTANCE: system for analysing and evaluating the state of a banknote processing apparatus includes an information detector (100) for detecting information on use of the banknote processing apparatus in real time, a state evaluating device (200) for generating (i) statistical information based on the detected information on use of the banknote processing apparatus and (ii) information on state evaluation relating to the state of the banknote processing apparatus and operating conditions of the banknote processing apparatus, using the statistical information, and a database (300) for storing one or more of the information on use of the banknote processing apparatus, statistical information, generated based on the information on use, and information on state evaluation generated based on the statistical information.
EFFECT: generating information on state evaluation based on statistical information.
