SUBSTANCE: method includes water percolation, settling, averaging of sewage water consumption and discharge of sewage waters for settling, denitrification of nitrates of return active sludge, nitrification of ammonium nitrogen, settling sludge mixtures, recirculation of return active sludge into denitrifiers, after-purification of sewage waters in bioreactors with biocoenosis of hydrobionts, binding phosphates by reagents, filtration of sewage waters, disinfection of purified waters by UV irradiation or addition of reagents, dehydration of wet sediments and excess of active sludge. To recycling, dehydration, disinfection of dehydrated sediments and reduction of their humidity used are composters in form of rotating drums with duration of composting not more than 5 days with achievement of 80°C temperature in composters; also, additive to dehydrated sediments in form of filler from crushed wastes of vegetation or food wastes is used before composting.

EFFECT: deep decontamination of wastes of sewage treatment plant with reduction of energy consumption, quantity of removed and used air.
