FIELD: cleaning.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biological treatment of household and/or industrial waste water. Method involves mechanical treatment, a balancing-bioreactor, an aerotank-mixer, a secondary settling tank with thin-layer modules and a system for post-treatment of waste water by filtration. In the homogenizer-bioreactor, waste water averaging processes are carried out by flow rate and concentration, adsorption of organic contaminants of waste water by active sludge, denitrification and anaerobic dephosphatization phase, redox potential is maintained from minus 270 to minus 100 mV, load on active sludge by organic substances is from 1.5 to 3.5 kg per one kg of activated sludge by ash-free substance per day, duration of stay of waste water in balancing device-bioreactor is maintained from 3 to 8 hours. In homogenizer-bioreactor there are submersible pumps with frequency converters for uniform supply of sludge liquid into parallel operating aeration tanks-displacers, in which the sludge dose is maintained from 2.5 to 4.0 g/l by dry substance, with allocated in them anoxide and aerobic zones, differing by the degree of aeration. Nitrate-containing sludge liquid from aerotank nitrification zones, circulating sludge from secondary settling tanks, flushing water from post-treatment filters and over-sludge compactor are fed into the balancing-bioreactor.
EFFECT: high quality of treated waste water, stability and reliability of treatment facilities while saving volume of biological treatment facilities and electric power up to 20 %.
