SUBSTANCE: clock, having an outer casing and an inner casing within the outer casing, wherein the inner casing comprises a glass, a clock mechanism and time indicating means, wherein the inner casing is completely covered on three sides by a protective cover made of elastic moisture-proof material, wherein the lower side of the inner casing on the side of the clock mechanism is formed by said elastic waterproof material. In another version, the protective cover partially covers the lateral surfaces of the inner casing. The clock may also have a winding shaft and a protective cover. In another version, the protective cover may be fixed by a fastening ring.

EFFECT: improved technological effectiveness of assembling and making the clock, considerable reduction of thickness and weight of the clock casing, providing water-resistance of the clock of 3-5 atm.
