The base of the step bearing shaft is fitted with the additional thrust ball bearing with rings, and the top ring is joined with the lower base of the truncated cone of the step bearing shaft, and the lower ring is joined with the bit housing, while sealing elements are fixed by the integral removable cover common for all rolling cutters.

EFFECT: improvement of overall performance and increase of service life of the bit.
