FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: rolling cutter drilling bit includes housing with blow valve, cutters, supporting axes connecting the cutters to the housing and having trunnions with bearings. Body of each bit cutter has solid cross-section and is integrated in the form of a single part with the supporting axis and non-insert cutting structure; at that, free ends of supporting axes, which are arranged in the bit housing, have the trunnions equipped with sliding bearings.
EFFECT: increasing economy and improving operating reliability of the bit owing to improving the design of cutters and their supporting trunnions.
